Excellent place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me with tech issues. I highly recommend it for a cozy retreat.

A warm getaway near the mall

Our family loved the spacious room and the friendly staff. The breakfast options were delightful, especially the pancake maker that entertained my toddler!

Unfortunately, the noise levels in the hall were quite disruptive, especially with some guests being overly loud late at night.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us since we brought our dog along. The room was spacious with a clean wooden floor, and we made the most of the outdoor pool, which was a hit with the kids.

My kids wished the gym had more activities, as they were bored after a while. Adding a few more family-friendly games or activities could really enhance the experience for families.

We stayed for a night and loved how close it was to the mall and eateries. Heather at the front desk was super nice and let us check in early, which was a lifesaver! The picnic area outside was a nice touch for chilling out. Just wish the room was cleaner, though—had a few little critters. Overall, a decent stay!

Loved the game room and the pool table! Plus, despite cleaning hiccups, the stay was still enjoyable.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We played pool and darts in the lounge and explored Sackets Harbor for some great shopping. The outdoor pool was nice, and we loved the free wifi. Staff were super friendly, which made our stay even better.

On the downside, the bathtub in our room had some maintenance issues, such as a makeshift liner that was a bit concerning.

I enjoyed two nights in a cozy 2 Queen Beds, Non-Smoking room that offered all the comforts I needed! The continental breakfast was a good surprise, featuring fresh pancakes and espresso that made my mornings even better. Plus, the outdoor pool was perfect for a quick dip and lounging in the sun!

The hotel was really clean and the staff were friendly and professional. I was impressed when they gave me a voucher for breakfast even though it wasn't included, brought the total down to only $12 for two of us!

It wasn't inexpensive, but it was still acceptable.
